An independent bakery. Biscuits and oatcakes are rolled with a big wooden rolling pin, and individually hand cut. Everything is packaged by hand, and we make everything to order, which means you receive your items as freshly baked as possible. Shortbread is made with only real Scottish butter, and the oatcakes with Scottish oats. Breads are made every Thursday and available at farmers markets or from the bakery situated at the Old Skye Wool Mill, Dunvegan road, Portree.
 
Throughout the range you will find many local ingredients, from beer brewed at the Isle of Skye Brewing company, to heather honey from Struan apiaries.
