as every website is different, here is a general guide to shopping at The Skye Food Company

• almost every small picture you click on will lead you to a detailed photo
•   meat box products may be delivered frozen for your convenience, they will have a 6 month freezing period from the date of freezing on the label.
• all our produce is sent out fresh, so be advised to order in time for Christmas. Last gift orders 16 Dec. Every item is packaged to ensure you get it at its best...please be at home on delivery day, or have it delivered to a work address

• Uk mainland orders to the same address cost 10.00GBP for up to 30kg. We use Parcel force or TNT.  We reserve the right to inform you of any additional charges for your carriage after you place your order.

• orders to more than one address will require you to purchase additional postage for each different address. Find this option on the left hand menu.

• We do not send items overseas or to Europe, unless negotiated prior to purchase.

• PLEASE CHECK THE POSTAL ADDRESS IN THE PAYMENT REVIEW BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT. If this is your address, but the gifts need to be sent to other addresses, you will need to email the details to us. Please email us the name and address of the person you wish to send the gift to, and if you would like special message in your gift cards, we will need this information too! Lastly, should you want your gift to be sent out on a particular day, we will require this information. You will receive an email from us confirming these details.
